The Danish Patient Safety Authority and GDPR

The Danish Patient Safety Authority has issued an order requiring all authorized healthcare professionals to keep patient records. This is to ensure your safety as a patient. The Danish Patient Safety Authority has overall supervision of private nurses so that applicable rules on record keeping, etc. are complied with. 

GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation and is legislation introduced by the EU. Since May 2018, all companies have had to comply with the GDPR rules.
